Betty-Ann Huberts relocated to Vancouver Island in 1993 from the Langley area in search of a more relaxed lifestyle for her growing family. She obtained her real estate license 14 years ago, and spent time working with Coast Realty and RE/MAX, before making the decision to join the team at 460 Realty.

Real estate is a natural fit for Betty-Ann, who first became interested in pursuing it as a career in the 1980’s, when she worked at Realty World’s head office as a trainer.

For the past 35 years, she has helped to assist her husband on a number of residential construction projects, and has accumulated a wealth of knowledge on the ins and outs of construction and renovations, project marketing and commercial multi-family unit sales. Betty-Ann also spent time managing a large furniture retail store, and is very well versed on decorating trends.

Betty-Ann is not afraid to go the extra mile to get the job done for her clients. She recognizes that sellers want to sell and buyers want to buy, but there are always obstacles in between that need to be overcome. As an empathetic and creative problem solver, she is committed to helping her clients find solutions that work for all parties involved.

When she is not at the office, Betty-Ann loves to spend time with the most important people in her life: her family. She has raised four children (three boys and a girl) on Vancouver Island, one of whom was born here. She also has three grandchildren whom she loves to bits!

Betty-Ann also has a passion for cooking and music, and loves to share recipes with friends and family. In her downtime, you will usually find her in the kitchen, where she loves to cook a gourmet meal with a nice glass of wine and her favourite music playing in the background.
